This beautiful, 4943 sq.ft. home in Vanderhorst plantation boasts 5br/4.5 baths, 4 TV's, DVD player, screened porch, expansive decks, a lovely pool and marsh and ocean views. The first floor has 4Br's& 3 Ba's. The first room has a queen bed and private bath. The middle two rooms have a queen and two double beds with a shared bath. The end room has two twin beds and a private bath. All bedrooms have expansive marsh and tidal creek views. The main floor consists of a large living area, a half bath, a spacious kitchen that leads to a screened in porch with a grill and expansive decking that will take you to the private pool. The views of the ocean and the marsh are amazing. The third floor has a large Master bedroom with a private bath. The bath has a steam shower and a large soaking tub. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, a private balcony and the same amazing views. This home is non-smoking and the fireplace may not be used.

We loved 0 Ocean Course. My son actually cried when we got home because he wanted to live in his "other" house. The house is beautiful and spotless. The only tiny complaint that I have is that there is no pantry for food. We had a lot of our food for the week on the countertops, but other than that, it was perfect! It's so close to the beach, and from the beach we would go in the pool and rinse off in the outdoor shower. It's a wonderful home for children!
