Beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home in the Vanderhorst Plantation. This home is in a private setting with gorgeous marsh views. There is a great outdoor living room with a built in, stainless steel grill. This lovely home has a top notch kitchen, expansive decks, and a private pool. We had 3 families stay together at 12 Falcon Point and everyone had a great visit and was able to have their own private spaces. The owner of the house has provided a luxurious rental home, the beds are the most comfortable we have ever had at a Kiawah rental home. Pam Harrington Exclusives provided us with incredible service for anything that we needed or any questions we had. Thank you, we will be back.

We were disappointed to find the cleaning staff still on site upon our arrival at 4:10pm. They stayed at least another 1/2 hour. We understand that the renters prior to us had left the house in terrible shape, and frankly were happy to have them stay on to get the house in top shape, which I'm happy to say they did.

However, we were also disappointed to use the kitchen the first night only to find the most basic of items not on hand: salt, pepper, aluminum foil, sponges. As a one week renter, these basics should be restocked.

In addition, there was only one hair dryer in the house that worked. With 5 bedrooms, two of which are masters, there should be a working hair dryer in every bath.

We bring this to your attention because this is our first time renting through your company, and every other time we've rented through the resort, these basics were always covered.

Overall, the house is lovely and we had a great week.
