This award winning beach home, which sits amongst a canopy of live oaks and marsh, was designed as a home for casual living and entertaining. With extensive outdoor living spaces, pool, hot tub and an expansive view, the inviting atmosphere, makes it hard to leave! The height of the home allows an ocean peek from the front "tower", located on the top floor along with the private Master Suite. The entrance is open from the top of the stone steps , out and over the infinity edge pool to the marsh, dividing the main living quarters with 2 guest rooms to the right and 2 guest rooms to the left with a small sitting area between the two.
